What about backups?

Every system within SITREP Manager^tm has redundancy built in to ensure that the chances of failure are kept to an absolute minimum. However there is always a chance (no matter how small) that a machine can fail.

Which is why we back up your data every day and store it off site. This ensures that should the worst happen we can have you back and running within the minimum amount of time. So even in the event of a real catastrophe the most you might lose is one day's worth of entries. If even this would be too high a price to pay then we can discuss backing up your data several times a day.

Should you inadvertently delete a prospect that you shouldn't have then "Don't Panic!" as long as the prospect was added the previous day or before then we will have it backed up. Simply contact our support team and they will load the prospect back into your system.
