Pricing Structure

SITREP Manager^tm is only available as an online service and after you pay for the initial setup you simply pay a monthly fee for each of the users that you want to use the system and for each text message that is sent.

One off set-up charge

There is a one off fee for the setup of your version of SITREP Manager^tm - this may include creating bespoke reports, extra training with one of our consultants and tweaking of the main system to make sure it fits your business perfectly. The setup fee starts at £150* and is increased depending on the amount of changes that you require.

A Monthly Fee

For each user on the system you will be charged between £15 - £25 depending on the number of users that you require.

Band of users	Cost per user
Band 1 = users 4 - 10	£35
Band 2 = users 11 - 30	£30
Band 3 = users 31 - 50	£20
Band 4 = Each user above the 50 users	£10

NOTE. There is a minimum of 6 users and all prices are shown exclusive of VAT if applicable

The more the merrier

As with most things it's better if there is a crowd. Take on more users and the cost of the system for each new user lowers.

Example One: 35 users

Number of users	Cost per user	Total Cost
Band 1 = users 4 - 10	10 x £35	= £350
Band 2 = users 11 - 30	20 x £30	= £600
Band 3 = users 31 - 35	5 x £20	= £100
35 users		£1,050

So if you have 35 users you will effectively be paying £30 for every current user. Additional users would be charged at £20 each up to 50 users and then each additional user over 50 is £10.

SMS charges

An itemised bill will be provided each month detailing all the sms text messages that were sent from the system so you always know what you are paying for. Don't forget that the text messages can be turned off by the administrator at any time so you don't have to use them if yu don't want to. Text messages start from 10p each depending on the number of messages that are sent - the more you send the less it costs.

No Hidden Charges

Since the system is online there are no upgrade costs as you are constantly upgraded to the latest version of the system automatically without you having to pay a penny extra.
